Job Description

You’ll be part of a cross-functional and diverse team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As an experienced Scrum Master, you will oversee and guide Treasure’s Scrum teams.  In this position. You will ensure that the Scrum teams follow Scrum framework values and agile practices. You will also be mentoring and motivating the teams to improve our processes. 


  • You will support Product Owners, QA engineers, and developers in their quest to deliver high quality products and services to our customers
  • You will guide and coach the Scrum teams to become self-organized and empowered teams
  • You will facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective) and other decision-making processes
  • You will enable collaborative processes and remove the impediments for the Scrum teams
  • You will manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
  • You will monitor the teams’ progress and performance and help teams make improvements
  • You will plan and organize demos and product/system testing
  • You will track project processes, timelines and deliverables
  • You will prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
  • You will assist with internal and external (e.g. UI/UX designers, vendors, etc.) communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • You will support the Product Owner for grooming and maintaining the product backlog and making decisions about what will be included in product iterations
  • You will help coordinate and oversee product releases including deployment notes

Qualifications/Technical Skills

  • You have BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering and/or equivalent practical experience
  • You have 3+ years of proven work experience as a Scrum master or in a similar role
  • You have working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
  • You are adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
  • You have leadership and management experience
  • You have excellent people and project management skills
  • You have strong communication and presentation skill
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Scrum master certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • 2+ years of technical experience (software development or QA engineer)
  • JIRA and Confluence experience
